Pranab Gongulee
Pranab is a Managing Director at Index and manages client relationships, primarily in Asia.

Pranab has over 32 years’ experience in Investment Banking services. Most recently, Pranab was a Director at Lazard where he led Debt Capital Markets and Structured Finance. Formerly, Pranab was Head of Debt Capital Markets at Merwanjee Securities, a 165 year old finance house and a founding member of the BSE. Pranab started his career as a forex and money market broker with Thomas Sett Atcar.

Pranab has qualifications in Commerce with Honours in Advanced Accountancy and Business Management.

Dr. Pauric J. McGinty
Pauric is a Vice-President at Index and leads engagements in the Healthcare and Knowledge sectors.

Pauric has over 12 years' experience in business and investment research and advisory services across Asia, North America, Australia and Europe. During these years, he has supported several leading institutional investors and firms in fund raising, M&A, strategy and financial advisory projects, primarily in the bio-technology and other growth sectors. Pauric started his career as a Marketing Executive with a pharmaceutical firm in Hong Kong.

Pauric completed his biotechnology degree in Dublin in 1992 and continued in academia by researching his biochemical engineering PhD in London and post-doc in Japan. Pauric also holds an MBA degree from Imperial College, London.

Umesh Rege
Umesh is a Vice President at Index and leads client engagements in Asia.

Umesh has over 10 years' experience in Investment Banking services. Most recently, Umesh was Vice President at Stratcap Securities Pvt. Ltd. where he led their Debt Capital Markets Division. Formerly, Umesh was at Lazard where he has handled assignments in Mergers and Acquisitions, Debt Restructuring and Debt Fund raising (e.g. disposal of Indian subsidiary of AES Corporation, US and debt restructuring of Mangalore Refinery & Petroleum Corporation). Umesh started his career as an Associate with Lazard. Umesh has qualifications in Engineering (B. Engg) and Management.
